Do I need to know anything about websites?
Nothing at all. You fill out a short form about your business, and we take care of design, writing, hosting, security and updates. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can manage your website with Ulimby.
Do I get my own domain? Is it mine?
Yes. A .com or .ca domain is included while your plan is active, and it's registered in your name. Want another ending like .net or .shop? We'll tell you the extra cost first. Already have a domain? We connect it at no charge.
Does it include email?
Yes. You get an address like info@yourbusiness.com that forwards to your current inbox. Need a full mailbox to send and receive from that address? We can set one up for an extra cost.
Will my business show up on Google Maps?
We set up your Google Business Profile, the listing that appears on Google Maps and in local searches. Google usually asks you to confirm it with a code, and we guide you through that step.
Can I make changes to my site?
Yes. Your plan includes 30 minutes of changes every month: new photos, prices, services and hours. Send the request by WhatsApp or email and we handle it, usually within one business day.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your site stays online until the end of your paid month. Your domain is in your name, so it stays yours. After you cancel, you renew it directly each year.
How fast will my site load?
Around 0.2 seconds. Sites are pre-built as static pages and served from Cloudflare’s global network, so they load almost instantly. That also helps your Google ranking.
Do you offer sites in French?
Oui! We build sites in English, French or both. Perfect for businesses in Québec, Ottawa, New Brunswick or anywhere you serve bilingual customers.
